hrane koji se obilježavao 7. lipnja, obavještavamo Vas o
<b>novoj epizodi</b> podcasta Europske agencije za sigurnost
hrane (EFSA) na temu:
<i>Science in action: the people behind food safety.<br>

</i>U ovoj epizodi EFSA-inog podcasta istaknuta je ključna
uloga znanosti u sustavu sigurnosti hrane kao temelja za
pružanje savjeta kreatorima politika, prehrambenoj industriji
i potrošačima. Također, pojašnjena je uloga regulatornih
znanstvenika te kako regulatorna znanost ide u korak s
inovacijama u prehrambenoj industriji.<br>
